We hope you love what you ordered for ! But in case(s) where there’s a need for a return or a refund, we’ve come up with detailed processes on how to process it and to check your eligibility for a refund or return.

Delivery

All products from IsellSolution are usually delivered via delivery agents in different parts of the country. If you reside in Uyo, where our office is located you can always stop by our office to get your order. We also deliver to your home address courtesy of our logistics agents.

Refund Policy

We hope you love what you ordered for ! But in case(s) where there’s a need for a return or a refund, we’ve come up with detailed processes on how to process it and to check your eligibility for a refund or return.

Please note, that REFUND/RETURN SHOULD BE DONE WITHIN 7DAYS.

CUSTOMER

1. In a case where the customer pays without confirmation of availability of item, a refund will not be made.

Only a replacement will be done.

This means the customer will choose another item to replace the previous item

they paid for without confirming it’s availability.

2. In a case where a customer is returning an item due to an error or defect, customer must send back item either through FEDEX , or through the Transport Logistics Company that the item was sent with.

Customer must send us a waybill/tracking number given to then by the company’s Logistics arm.

No driver mode of return.

3. In a case where the customer sends through driver, customer must ensure that the driver delivers to us without hitches. Should the driver request for extra fee such as transportation or storekeeping fee and refuses to release the item to us , Isellsolution shall not be liable for such transactions and as such, the order will be termed delivered and no return or refund shall be done.

4. In a case where customer buys an item on the website: iselsolution.com and is told the item is not available after seeing it available on the website,  the customer shall be refunded 100% for that item or customer should request for an exchange.

5. In a case where customer funds his/her wallet on the website iselsolution.com and later requests for a withdrawal,  a withdrawal/ refund shall not be processed.

It’s important to note that customers should fund their wallets with monies they are willing to spend per time.

6. In a case where refund has been concluded,  customer is to send refund details within 7days.

Cash refund is done within 24hours and 7days of report. Failure from customer to send refund details within this time frame will ultimately nullify the refund.

7. After purchase of any of our product and a customer chooses to return product, below are the terms and conditions.

If product is not damaged but customer chooses to return the product, customer will pay fir the shipping to Isellsolution and shipping back to them.

Earrings if not damaged when received cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.

Isellsolution

1.In a case where the customer pays without confirmation of availability of item, a refund will not be made.

2a. In a case where Isellsolution sends a wrong item in terms of size or color, Isellsolution is to pay for the Logistics for return and exchange of the item to the customer.

2b. Furthermore,  as stated in 2a , if customer insists on a refund, Isellsolution shall refund 100% for that item only when the customer has returned the item.

2c. In a case where the customer returns the item and it’s damaged or not in good condition compared to the original state it was delivered in, Isellsolution shall not make a refund or exchange.

3. Isellsolution is expected to process all refunds and return issues within 7days after delivery of item.

4a. Isellsolution shall process 25%, 50%, 70% and 100%  refunds depending on the situation.

4b. In a case where a customer funds his/her wallet on the website and later requests for a withdrawal,  a refund or withdrawal shall not be processed.

5.  After purchase of any of our product and a customer chooses to return product, below are the terms and conditions.

6. In a case where there’s an omission I.e Isellsolution omits an item, a customer can request for 100% refund or request for the item to shipped to them.

Isellsolution shall be responsible for the delivery fees.

7. In a case where customer overpays , a refund of the extra payment by the customer shall be processed. But in a case where a customer doesn’t confirm the price of an item and goes ahead to overpay, a refund shall not be processed.  The customer is advised to pick an item with the extra payment. In a case also where a customer underpays, a refund shall not be processed but customer shall be contacted to complete payment.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad, there’s dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
